What You Need to Know About Computers
Planning to purchase a computer at Softbox? You have two choices: a Desktop or a Laptop. The question really isn’t what will be better but what will suit your needs more. So, before making a decision, ask yourself this: What will I be using this computer for?
Will it be for:
- Storing large files;
- Storing and editing photos;
- Downloading, storing, and editing music and videos;
- Downloading and storing games;
- Keeping and storing business records;
- Creating and printing cards, brochures, and catalogues;
- Creating programs;
- Sending and receiving large quantities of email; or
- Doing internet research?
Recognizing and considering your personal needs will help determine the type of computer you need. Now, you need to answer the ff: What kind of a lifestyle do I have? Am I always on the go? Do I have enough space at home? Do I need to multitask?
The last question is: How much am I willing to pay for a computer? Assessing your needs according to your lifestyle and your budget will help you choose the type of computer to purchase.
