TERMS:
- Visiting our office/stall without confirmation or allocation will be buyers risk and expense.
- All item(s) has Delivery Receipt for warranty purposes
- Availability of item(s) is subject to change without prior notice.
- Same day or next day delivery depend on the item(s) availability.
- Item(s) compatibility is BUYERS responsibility.
- All weekend orders and schedule must be place on or before friday.
- Hi-end or rare product is subject for downpayment.
WARRANTY:
- One year warranty on all items (unless noted otherwise)
- Seven days advance replacement if found defective.
- For delivery/meetup item under warranty: we will pickup your item where we delivered/meetup and return it to you after RMA without any cost.
- For provincial delivery, shipping charged will be shouldered by customer , newly purchased or RMA.
- Items with Three (3) years warranty: after One (1) year you can directly return to manufacturer or we can provide service RMA to our local distributors with minimum charged of Php. 300.00 depend on then item and location.
- For pickup item you will bring the item where you pickup.
- Burn, Physical damage, act of GOD, missing warranty sticker, or misuse of the item is not covered by the warranty. Always refer to Manufacturer RMA policy of their products.
- We are not liable to any LOST of data on your Hard Drive, always backup your data from time to time.
